"Loaded a basketful of SEVERAL things I desperately needed, only to find out the cashier had locked herself out of the register and couldn't get back in! After waiting several minutes, she said she'd have to call IT, so I asked her to keep my basket full of items behind the register with my name on it and I would be by the next day to get them. Went by to get them the next day, and they had all been put back on the shelf, with the attitude of the sales clerk less than kind. I'll never go back to this location again."

"Just walked into the store, there was one customer and 2 employees. Neither employee acknowledged me or offered to assist me. They BOTH needed to assist the customer that was checking out. Once that purchase was complete, neither asked if I needed help. So I didn't spend a dime. I'll go to the store in Greenville or another beauty supply store."

"I had the pleasure of meeting the sales associate by the name of Daniel Snow the night before Christmas Eve. His personality meet me at the door. He was awesome to say the least. His personality was upbeat and his hair color made me want to immediately change my non dyed hair to whatever color he neatly had on his tresses. Even though it was 20 minutes before closing and it took me 10 minutes to get what I needed, he never rushed me. He asked if I needed assistance and even kept me laughing and in the Christmas spirit. It is sometimes difficult to run into genuine people these days. In my opinion he is the epitome of a SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES REP. He makes me want to return to this location."

"I understand they’re low on product right now, but I asked a couple simple questions and the girl was clueless - thennnnn I get home and noticed the color I bought was 100% in the wrong spot and i just didn’t notice the box number so I try to politely bring it back the next day and 2 different girls were up front and RUDELY told me sales are final. Not to mention I tried bringing it back last night but their hours were posted wrong. I have shopped at sally stores alllll over the country, literally, and I’ve never had experiences like I do with this one. I will go out of my way to travel further away for a different one from now on."
