"Been ordering from here for years and have spent a good amount of money with them. The last couple orders have not been great. Vape pens I got barely work, bud is always stemmy, they messed my order up, gave me the completely wrong product and are basically refusing to exchange it unless I spend a minimum of $180 for them to come exchange their screw up. This is after I've been trying to get ahold of them for 3 days only for them to now tell me the product I want is out of stock. Person on the phone was extremely rude too, with all the money this company receives from its customers you'd think they'd have better custom service. I'll never order from here again and if I were you I would find somewhere else to purchase from."

"Been using the service for almost 2 years and now their delivery is just terrible. The website says delivery in 10-60 minutes but these days that almost never happens. It’s actually at least an hour before your driver even starts heading to you (if you’re lucky). This is false advertisement. And don’t lie to me and say it’s just on weekends. For the past month it’s been this way. When I call to check in on an order either: 1. No one picks up OR 2. They lie and say it’s on the way. If you cannot provide the service just say that. The one thing I hate is waiting around for something that isn’t coming or doesn’t have a specific delivery window. That’s so unprofessional. I started using this service because the average weed man would be flaky and take their sweet time. So this felt more reliable, and I didn’t mind paying the extra for convenience. But now as I think about it, having to pay $10-15 extra for the bud and another $10 for delivery 3 hours later doesn’t not seem convenient AT ALL. Do not recommend, just stick to your average dealer."

"I’m going to rate these 2 stars off of the strength that initially the service was convenient and I would receive everything in a timely matter. I’m not one to write reviews on Google about anything but people who order from here should understand what they’re getting themselves into long-term. I ordered almost about two weeks ago and my delivery was never delivered. I did not receive an update until the next day after I had initially ordered via email, basically confirming my order was processed yet I still haven’t received my order. I tried to reach out and everything , just to have an understanding of what was going on to no avail. Also, they tend to have limited options or constantly low in stock when it comes to edibles which with something I didn’t consider to be a big deal until I started to notice that this company lacks a certain level of professionalism due to what I experienced. I am honestly skeptical about ordering from here ever again and felt the need to share my experience with this service."
