"We used Robert to hold us two spots for the Macys Day Parade 2023. Robert communicates well throughout the whole process. Even though the Police kept moving his Team he kept us updated on where he was from our hotel on the route. They even supplied the chairs! We were skeptical of this as we have been taken before. But once I called and spoke with Robert on the phone I knew he was an honest person offering this service. It is really cool. He even told all of the people around our spot that they were holding them for us which made our arrival easy to navigate like we were not cutting in line because his Team were the place holders for us. Robert's Team was also holding places for other folks as well so he had a group of people marking our spots. We will definitely use his service Same Ole Line Dudes again next time we are in NYC and need someone to hold us a spot."

"An AMAZING experience. I've been wanting to see Hamlet (Shakespeare in the Park) all summer, but my busy schedule prevented me from lining up for 4-6 hrs any given morning. Robert couldn't have been nicer about it, and quoted me a fair price for one of his line sitters to obtain these tickets for me for the final performance this past Sunday. They were even able to accommodate a special seating request that I had. He and his team communicated quickly and clearly via txt message throughout the whole process. "Such an awesome service and no complaints! I will admit, I found an ad that Robert placed on Craigslist, so I was immediately skeptical off the bat. I am usually afraid to trust people from Craigslist! But after digging into reviews and his social media I was convinced that it wasn’t a scam. Robert was able to find someone to stand in line for rush tickets to a very hard to get Broadway play starting at 1am. On the night of, there was a staffing issue but Robert was present and responsive and made sure that my spot in line was secured at the agreed upon time. I ended up going for the last hour before the box office opened and got to chat with Robert who was waiting one spot behind me for a different customer (he had 3 total customers in that line, we were #s 2, 3, and 4 in a line where only the first 12 people were able to get tickets). People from further back in the line came up to talk to him and get more info and after the tickets sold out he got interest from more than a few people to enlist him for the following night. They should all do it!! I paid less for 2 rush tickets than the price of one ticket at the box office for the people not able to get rush and paying full price. I will be using Same Ole Line Dudes again!"
