"Came through the drive thru late night after work and ordered $15 worth of food, just for one of my items to be hot and everything else to be cold as ice. Food is too expensive for it not to be serviced at a better quality."

"I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and when I walked in to check they completely forgot I was waiting. This caused me to be late for work. It took them less than 5 minutes to give me my food once i walked in. The young staff was messing around when I walked in. Totally unacceptable!"

"Had a craving for a frosty at around 11pm. Knowing this location closed at 12 I got there around 11:30. Got to the drive thru and placed my order and the girl told me they only had chocolate available. I said fine. Drove around only for her to then tell me that she had already cleaned the machine and had forgotten to tell me. Seemed to me like she didn’t feel like doing her job from the jump. And if that’s not the case why would u clean the machine so early? Went up the road to the other Wendy’s and they were happy to serve me a single frosty. It’s the little things that people look for in these restaurants that makes them keep coming. Something as simple as a frosty should be available and willingly served with no problem. I will be informing corporate as well."

"Decently polite workers once you finally get to order but excessive wait times in store and in drive thru. Their online system is always messing up and preventing me from making money for deliveries and now they can’t scan for app rewards/offers which is the only reason why I would get food here but I already waited 10+ minutes"

"Decent service and hot food once i was finally helped. Sat for 10 minutes before getting to the speaker and only 2 cars ahead of me and then sat for a solid 7 minutes at the drive through waiting for the guy to take my order (was greeted immediately). I guarantee there’s like 2 people working the whole front and probably 2 more cooking everything. Wendy’s has got to put more people on staff. It’s ridiculous. Pay your people a decent wage and hire more people and you’ll have more business. Nobody should wait 15+ min in a drive through line"
