It is probably the BEST perm I have ever received and I have had an average of two perms a year for the last 30 years. It did not frizz or fry my hair which is very fine and blonde. Unlike my last perm from a high end salon, which burned so bad I had to cut four inches off. And the way she trimmed my hair was perfect too.
