"Whatever female was taking drive-thru orders at 12:30pm on 2/12… needs some major help with her customer service. You and the location, would get a lot more positive feedback if you were being patient with your customers instead of rushing their order just because your drive-thru line is long. If the amount of customers in your line is causing you to rush their orders, and you forget how to talk to someone, then maybe you shouldn’t be in the Fast Food industry, let alone food and beverage. Food itself, is great. Past experiences with OTHER employees, excellent."

"If you enjoy waiting in line while employees call for the one employee who can use the use the register, but she is busy making food, you can wait a long time here. If you enjoy eating with the background sounds of employees screaming obscenities at one another, eventually escalating to punches being thrown, this is a great place to visit. If you enjoy watching most sensible people walk out without ordering while the persistent ones order and then ask for a refund, there is endless enjoyment here. If, instead of all the fun, you just want to order your food, get it, and eat it in peace, go elsewhere."

"One star because I can't give zero. Food not great, service was abysmal. The person at the cash acted like I had no right to bother her, and the floor was so dangerously slippery it was as if they had washed the floor with grease. A few of us ladies had to use the (not very clean) restroom and had trouble pushing the door open because our feet were sliding out from under us. Avoid this one at all costs."

"If zero stars Was a rating I would rate this establishment zero stars ..the Wendy’s on 751 Citadel Rd. located in Orangeburg , South Carolina.. The manager gave horrible service as well as the cashiers they came to the window. The manager never informed me of my total…She just came to the window with her hand, stretched out. She never said a word. The young lady came back. She gave me my drinks and my chain. She never said a word. Another lady came back to give me my food. She never said a word ..if you don’t want work in fast food, then you should find another job .. I was polite I never said anything out-of-the-way.. I did not have an attitude. I was simply trying to get food for my son!! You know I could almost see the teenagers acting that way . However, the manager looked well in her 40s she should know better!!!!"

"Pretty decent food. First time trying breakfast from Wendy's. So far, I enjoy their egg muffin better than McDonald's. So this might be the new breakfast fast food for me. The French toast sticks, however, were super greasy. My wife and I tried them and when I say dang near pouring grease. The homestyle fries were pretty good too. All and all, way better than McDonald's."
