"Arrived on a late afternoon for a quick stop for some fast food. This location during my (first) visit exemplified great customer service. Spoke to the carhop who took my order and conversed about how professional her order taking ability was. She proclaimed, "it was her first time...well done Miss Kemyriah!" Very professional and courteous."

"Best Sonic that we have ever been to, it makes me wonder if it is some sort of flagship store. The look was very different, they had an inside spot to order and the service was very friendly and fast. Everything we got to eat was like the best version of that item if it makes sense. I’m going to investigate further."

"Worst customer service ever. It was 10:25pm on a Saturday night. I walked in to this Sonic location with my 2 sons. When I walked in with my 2 children, the first thing I noticed was one of the workers on her cell phone (while on the clock) taking a personal call right beside the cash register. She also had on gloves. I was not greeted when I walked through the door either because the worker was on the phone. As I stood there for another 2 mins while the worker continued their personal conversation with whoever was on the other line of that phone, I stared at her, patiently waiting for her to finish talking to the person on the phone. After she hangs up the phone and finished with her conversation, she then hangs up the phone, puts the phone back in her pocket, turns around and walks to the back and stands behind a table where they prep the food. Mind you, she was just on the phone talking to whom ever with gloves on. She never took her gloves off or changed them after she finished her conversation. As she stood there, behind the table, she looked at me as if I was invisible. I continued to stare not only at her but several of the other workers that were in the back. At that point, there was still no one at the front to take my order. I stood there for another 2 mins. I noticed 3 or 4 workers in the back talking amongst themselves. None of them noticed that I was standing there with my 2 children. My thoughts to myself “This is not good. All I wanted was a caramel sundae. Am I going to get served?.” I then took my phone out, opened my camera and took a picture of what was going on. Being a business owner, this made me a little upset because I’m sure if the GM was here, this would not have happened. This Sonic location not only lost 4 great customers but they lost money, sales and revenue that pays their salaries. As I walked out the door (because no one never came to take my order), I walked back to my car and explained to my husband what just happened. I was a little sad because I really wanted that caramel ice cream sundae but I left empty handed. I wrote the managers name down that was on the door and left. Hopefully this Sonic location will change some things soon because me personally, I would hate for this location to go out of business. It’s convenient and everyone loves ice cream. If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"Had the Double Sonic Cheeseburger meal and some mozzarella sticks. Sandwich was a bit messy, but overall it was good. Mozzarella sticks were good and the cheese was stringy like it's supposed to be. Staff was very friendly, helpful and brought the food to the table. Restaurant was clean and I liked the fake fireplace they have there."
