Great Clips

"Gah they are nice people.. but Jesus how in the hell does the people cut hair for a living?? I usually get a fade but I know how bad they cut so I just got one size all over.. figured there's no way this can go wrong. Well somehow it's uneven. Lol. It's almost funny how bad these people cut hair! Only way id ever recommend this place is if u haven't had a hair cut in months and the only day u have time to get a haircut is Sunday. ( It's the only place Open)"

"Yeah, there’s a karen with legit karen hair here and is completely rude as hell to little kids, my kid wasn’t being disrespectful at all just trying to joke with her, and was giving straight attitude to a 9 year old. WEIRD “ADULT” man, ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ if your child has autsim don’t bring them here, she won’t be friendly to them trying to joke and get comfortable with the person that is going to be touching and cutting their hair. go somewhere else. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️"

"Been going here for a few years never had any issues until today I asked for my regular fade haircut number two on the sides and fade it in and the girl starts with clippers but doesn't go up then start scissor cutting and I ask politely if she was going to do the sides and she said she likes using scissor so I said okay but moments later I asked if she would be willing to finish with a number two clipper on the sides so I don't have the unshaven look. She says if I let her but she kept nipping at it not doing it at all. The manager said she knows how to cut hair. And asked me if I wanted to wait for her. And I asked if she could just do a fade haircut. The manager said I was making a scene when I was clearly not. I just wanted the cut I normally have. I went to a different great clips and got my fade. Owners need to follow up and make sure customers are getting the haircut they ask. Not satisfied with experimental service!!!"

"If you value your time at all DO NOT get your hair cut here!! ..we checked in online and the system started the count down. So we arrived 5 minutes before the time. We then waited over 44 minutes to be seen and when I said something a worker told me they don't consider you in line until you arrive in person! This is not how it works at any other great clips so why here ? Then the lady who did cut my sons hair took over 30 minutes to just clean up the edges. We will NEVER go here again!! Absolutely TERRIBLE !"

"If I could put 0 stars I would. We arrived around 6:00 pm and didn’t get seen until right at 7:00 pm and there was only one customer in the store who was already getting a cut. Okay, cool no big deal. But, when my boys were up for their turn the ladies were in such a rush not only did both of my boys hair turn out a COMPLETE mess (5-10 min cut a piece) but, one of my boys got cut. I normally avoid this place because it’s never been my first pic but, this was literally the day before their picture day and we just got busy with life. I will now avoid this place 100%. This is extremely unprofessional."
