"My daughter and I got treated to a pedicure here yesterday and it was such a great experience. My grandmother went here for her weekly permanent with Kay, the owner. Kay is such a wonderful lady whom I've always equated with Dolly Parton' s 'Truvy' from the movie Steel Magnolias. This business has been in Rutherfordton for over 50 years and it definately feels like that classic nostalgic beauty shop that has weathered through generations!
