"I went and got a shampoo, cut and dried. This is usually 25. This time, after everything was done, she charged me 48. No warning that the prices almost doubled or anything. When my 35 year old son saw me for Christmas he asked me WTH happened to my hair. So very unhappy."

"Andrea was friendly, but not good at cutting hair. This particular location can't keep the good hairdressers because they run them off. They say $9.99 is a good deal when just a year ago that was the original price. They also don't offer veteran discount, only for active duty."

"Had the worse haircut ever at River Falls Great Clips. My original stylist had quit and had to use whoever. My hair was gapped, sideburns 1/4 “ difference, she didn’t even dry my hair. I wish I could make $20 for less than 5 minutes of work. It was not blended in. I have been a customer for 5 years but this was my last visit. I’m tired of not being able to keep the same stylist because they always quit, especially the good ones. I had to pay to get my hair cut again which is shorter now due to the incompetence of your employee."

"WORST great clips EVER! Jennifer, who did my sons hair was extremely rude, impatient, and out of line. She had the audacity, because my son was acting like a normal 6 year old when getting a haircut, if he was ON THE SPECTRUM! Extremely rude and unprofessional. She should not be allowed to work with kids. If I could give zero stars I would. Never returning to this establishment."

"I normally have no complaints about getting my haircut here. The short haired lady (i believe she might be the manager) is fantastic and always does it exactly how i like and it says in my file. Today I didn't have her. I had an older grey haired lady i hadn't seen before. She messed up the back of my hair (it says in my file not to go too short or there will be a bit of a bald spot) and then when i asked her to trim my beard up a bit, she started doing my mustache too when i didn't ask for it and almost messed that up as well. I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible at that point."
