Bojangles 3624 Saint Matthews Road, Orangeburg, SC 29118

"Traveling from Charleston to Columbia, I conveniently stopped at Orangeburg's Bojangles off of I-26. The customer service was good and I like how they represent their local historical black university, South Carolina State University, with a large decal on the wall. But I was quickly shifted into disappointment when I got back inside my car with my order - I discovered my wings were not cooked all the way. I had a silent Florida Evans moment. Damn, damn... DAMN. So, I took them back inside and showed the associate. She apologized and had the cook pull pan of wings that he'd just cooked and had him drop them again. I knew this was wrong, but I was hungry. I need to stop settling when I'm hungry. Anyway, when I got back to my car with my twice-fried wings, they still had a little pink on them. I got back on the road, ate the crust, at least it was cooked, and drank my delicious sweet tea. I won't go back to that one location."

"Just walked in at 6:08 pm. Every employee was sitting in the lobby on their phones. They eventually got up and made their way to the back. Not one employee washed their hands. There was no food in the stainless containers. I was then told there was no chicken and it would be 10 minutes while it cooked. Well, I’m at Cracker Barrel now and I was greeted kindly at the door with a smile. The food here is good and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Never going to Bojangles again."

"The employees were so nice! We just went and got takeout, so we haven't tried the food, but I'm expecting it to be standard Bojangles. But I had to comment on how friendly the employees were this morning! We would stop here again next time we are in the area. Easy access from I-26, no traffic, easy parking."

"Ask for mash potatoes with gravy and this the type of gravy I get I would have prefer none at all. You tell people you’re out of brown gravy and let the customer make the Choice from there"

"Stopped here on the way to Charleston. Very good food. Ordered the 3 piece with fries and Cole slaw and biscuit. Waited for Cole slaw for a good bit and container was empty for the most part. Don't know why. Had a cup of water. Service was okay. Bathroom was cleaned and stocked. Would recommend and return."
