"I had a bad experience at Palace Nails down the road from Riches. I discovered an artist at Riches and she gave me an amazing mani/pedi experience. The massage she gave me >>>>>> was Heaven. She listen and paid attention to how I wanted my services done and executed. I've never seen the pedicure chairs like I have in other salons. Very nice! The owner was very nice and friendly. I highly recommend riches and plus they offer you beverages during your service. We love that!"

"Paid $73 for my toes to mess up 3 days after service, said they would fix but I would have to pay. Because she “a firm believer in her work and doesn’t honor anything free” should have more respect for people and how they talk to them."

"Pedicure was wonderful other than the polish job. Never had gel polish look this messy. Would definitely give 5 stars if polish was neat! Told the employee multiple times that I was unhappy with the paint job and she insisted it looked like this "because of my cuticles". Given the responses to all negative reviews, the customer service here is as bad as their paint jobs."

"This was the best overall experience getting my nails done. The pedicure was exceptional and didn't feel rushed like most places typically do. Not to mention the most comfortable massage chair!!! My nails came out looking great and was done very gently!!! I highly recommend this place. Please do yourself a favor and go get pampered and loved here!!!"

Not feeling rushed, having someone actually care about my nails and getting what I asked for. If I said hey can you fix this she did it without hesitation. I loved the experience.
