"Arrived for my 2 pm appointment and didn’t get started until 2:45. The man working on me was friendly but rough. He cut me and didn’t acknowledge it and he pushed my real nail so far from my finger that it bled underneath and still hurts. He also needed excessive guidance for fixing very apparent and obvious issues with my nails and kept asking “do you like?” When they were uneven and not acceptable. I left with lumpy and uneven nails that weren’t fully painted and paid almost $60."

"Made an appointment online. Checked in when arrived and told them I had appointment for deluxe manicure. Sadly, I ended up with a regular manicure and told the technician twice I was supposed to get a deluxe, and he did not understand a word I said. There is definitely a communication problem with English in that shop. And the manicure I got was horrible. This was the second time I’ve been there, and it will be my last"
