"I called Alyssa multiple times to let her know that I was at the salon waiting. I looked at my email and see that she cancelled my appointment. I decided to text her to see what's going on. She told me she wouldn't be able to do my hair because she's sick. I can understand that but it would have been nice to give me a call instead of just cancelling my appointment and waste my time driving there. Unprofessional."
