"I've been to Supercuts since I was about 9 years old. I'm 34. This was the first time I was disappointed. I booked an online appointment for 2pm for coloring. It did say there might be a wait. That's ok! I'm ok with waiting! When I went in, it was busy. But then, it was nearly empty at like 250pm. 4 or 5 girls all took off their aprons and went to the back. 1 girl came out to sweep. Noone told me what was going on. All I saw was everyone just go to the back, noone said "hey just a few more minutes so and so will be right with you." What I ended up getting (after I spoke up) was "were sorry but we've done alot of coloring today ". And tried to give me a sap story. Lmao. Ok there's like 5 of you and not one of you can help me?! That's what I see as a customer. I don't need a sap story. I want to be serviced! If you can't wait on me, ok. But tell me at least that someone will be. The "manager" came out after hearing me get really upset and said she's sorry and did tell me the girl who was shampooing a guy would be right with me. So wait a minute, you have like 5 girls, and you're going to make me wait even longer for someone who is busy with someone else?!!! Wow. Your team is an example of what you are as a leader and that definitely showed today. Extremely angry and will be taking this up farther"
