"I was charged full price even though I told them I got my period and just wanted to reschedule. I understand that they have a 24 hour policy but like atleast have any consideration that I have no controls over when my period will come. Everybody is struggling, as much as I wanted the tech compensated maybe atleast just a half since my period is unexpected."

"Absolutely love this place! Rachel is amazing, she did my hot stone massage, foot detox, and reflexology. Super clear about all of the treatments and made sure to ask my preferences for everything. I felt fantastic when I left. I also like that they email you an itinerary for your visit so you know exactly what you'll be doing and when. Their prices are also very reasonable and I feel worth it for the service you get. I will be going back regularly!"

"Went for a pedicure and Jennifer did an excellent job! But for the price of $110 I would like the relax a bit more. The pedicures are done in the same room as the hair salon, which makes it loud and busy. I wish it would have been in a separate room. (P.S the deluxe pedicure at the Oase Day Spa is 10 times more relaxing, you sit in a massage chair, get a hot neck pillow and it’s also water free and with non toxic nail polish)"

"I hate to make a whole business look bad by giving one star, because of one person, but I feel like it is necessary. Shannon is very unprofessional. She acts like she does not care to keep customers or make them happy. She messed up my hair and was unprofessional with her response then completely stopped responding after saying she would fix it. After paying almost $200 for my hair I should have been treated a lot better."
