"The owner Dena Harris is unstablei. She is very rude to employees and clients. Speaks about very inappropriate things out loud and even in front of children! I was appalled and felt quit uncomfortable during my appointment. My stylist did her very best to distract from the break down that Dena was having. I love my stylist and have/will follow her wherever she goes but the environment is less than inviting."

"Went in to get highlights left with blotches of blonde then that night it started to fall out. The stylist put in too much bleach and burned my hair. I had to shave my head. As a guy in costumer service it’s not a good look. Worst experience of my life!"

"WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The owner showed up and decided she wanted a spray tan. Came out from behind the wall in a tiny smock half naked with wine. She drank during my service and I heard her tell another stylist “go screw him so he will fix my plumbing”. She’s been lying on the floor crying hysterically more than one time that I’ve been there and who the hell actually lays on the floor when clients are there? I will never ever go back to this place even though my stylist was great at her job. Seems like they need to relocate."
