"Horrible, upon entering the manager was yelling across the restaurant at servers and host, not super busy but we still waited 5 minutes to be sat, upon seating waiting another 15 minutes to be greeted. Me and my family left it was just too much chaos for an establishment the manager was holding the kitchen door open yelling at servers the whole restaurant could hear, it just made a dining experience a 0 for me and other customers who complained. This business has declined tremendously and I blame management"

"My wife and I was greeted and promptly seated and served our drinks and we waited for another 45 minutes and still no food they were giving door dash and to go orders priority over seated customers. We were the only dine in customers in the building. We wondered why that nobody else was in there, we thought that at first it was because it was earlier in the morning 6:30 am but after waiting we figured out that getting a order doesn't happen here. I can't tell you how the food was, got tired of waiting and left. We left $5 on the table for drinks."

"Food came out half done. Waiting for almost 30 mins for a refill on a drink. The waiter pushes it on the cooks, and the cooks say nothing. The manager doesn't fix the problem. They just comps the meals. What a joke. The gravy is water."

"This place is a hidden gem, honestly. Unfortunately it was understaffed when we went but the waitress who served us was very friendly and never made us feel less than welcomed. But the food was Better than I would have thought. It tasted like my mom was in the kitchen cooking the food. I had the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. My daughter had the breakfast sampler and even got a second serving of the hash rows after she cleaned her plate (so you know it was good) It was very clean as well. I don't know about you, but my expectations for IHOP aren't that high, but this place shot it out of the park and super impressed me and my daughter. DEFINITELY will eat here again. And I suggest for you to try it as well, you will not be disappointed ted. In fact you will be pleasantly surprised!!"
