"I order the item and that horrible post office kept my package already 13 days ! Manager said he fix issue but she lied and when I ask after 3 days again about my item she doesn’t want to talk to me ! They literally stole my item ! Don’t trust that post office I will complain on manager next to corporate office so she lost a job !"

"USPS have been always miss placing my personal mail. My neighbors often gave me my mail back. I spoke in person at the office, they told me they’re going to be more careful but seems like it’s not working. Even if I have my mail box with my address on it. I have important documents and it is not fare that people who really don’t care have to be working on a place that resulted bore or not interested have to be hired. Please, you have to love and enjoy your work place. Thanks Have a wonderful day"

"I’ve read all the negative posts about this post office and I have to say I found quite the opposite! The line moved along quickly, and the service offered by the very efficient and pleasant postal worker was very refreshing. She gave me all the information I needed to sending my package in a timely manner. And I heard her talking with other customers the same way. Also there were plenty of mailing supplies which made it easy to find the right size for my items being mailed. I have been to other post offices that are not as helpful or well stocked. I work part time in Middletown and will make sure to use this post office for future mailings."

"The 'supervisor' Messiah is extremely unprofessional and rude. My office always receives mail by 2pm. For the past 3 months it has been around 4pm; which is fine we understand routes change things happen. Our office was closed for 2 weeks and a sign was put up stating we will return 8/14. We took down our signs the morning we reopened, and we never received mail. The driver did not even check to see if we were open and skipped our office and walked 5 ft to the office next door and delivered their mail. This is negligence and honestly lazy in my opinion. If the driver would have just looked at our door or tried to open the door they would have seen we were open. Now we have 2 weeks worth of mail sitting and I'm playing a guessing game as to will the mail be late today or not come at all again?"
