Wendy's

"2023-09: I've been very disappointed with this Wendy's recently. I've ordered a handful of times through third party delivery services and it appears the employees don't have much regard for those types of orders. Almost everytime, my order is incorrect or incomplete. And I don't get any kind of notifications that something is not available, etc. My most recent experience was just disappointing. We ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal with a large chili and sweet tea, Jr. Cheeseburger, 6 piece Chicken nuggets, 2 chocolate chip cookies, and a sweet tea. Add ons were missing or incorrect, the honey mustard for the nuggets was missing, I didn't receive any chocolate chip cookies, but was given a sugar cookie and an oatmeal raisin bar, and there was one.. exactly one.. napkin in the bag. It's frustrating not be able to just go get food myself at times and have to rely on employees who will never see me, the customer, as well as a delivery driver who is a third party to the transaction. Changing my 4 star rating to a 2 star. 2021: Went through the drive thru last week. Aside from the young lady taking our order cutting us off while we were attempting to give the order, everything was good. It was at the tail end of the lunch rush, but still steady. They got us through the drive thru in a timely manner. The few employees we dealt with at the windows were all pleasant and efficient. No issues with the order itself. All in all, not a bad experience. Tried the Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger. It was yummy! Would order it again, without hesitation."

"So went threw the drive thru ordered a large drink and I got a large cup with a small drink cup in it so basically I didn’t get what I paid for ordered chilli with cheese and onions didn’t get neither no crackers so better"

"I stood in line with another gentleman for 20 minutes before anyone even spoke to me! He left 10 minutes in.. The staff looked at me and one even clocked out in front of me. Roughly 30 minutes after arriving and ONLY after I started to take photos did they finally take my order. And it absolutely was delivered with attitude. I’d choose a different time to eat here or a different Wendy’s all together. Also the restaurant was empty but very dirty."
