"I never use this shop and I just reconfirmed WHY!!! I tried all weekend to get my nails done and every obstacle popped up prior to my photo shoot on Sunday afternoon. I clearly went in for a polish change and fix 2 nails. The customer service was horrible from the minute I walked in the door as the old lady sat slouched in first chair on her phone. I told her what I needed and I was told ‘go pick color’. Then I get told to ‘sit’. The older woman yelled for a younger woman and the spoke in whatever language back and forth until the younger one told me to hold on as she took off her coat and “mask” up. She sat down and pulled up a used paper towel from her desk and wiped table and layed in flat on table. Then she took sander and drilled into my nail. Immediately cut my finger and gauging part of the acrylic nail. Then has the audacity to tell me I need a whole new set. I said no that’s your fault now to fix that and she says something to older lady and they both laugh. They continued to talk outside the English language. The older lady got up and she said “oh yes need all new nails.” After destroying my nails and the nail bed underneath from ripping my nails from my fingers. I got up and left. Not a word. I will NEVER refer them or give them my business!"
