"Pla Ed an order through Door dash, Captain Ds completed the order at 2 PM, but Door dash wasn't able to find a driver until 4 PM. Captain Ds employees thought it was acceptable to let that order be delivered instead of remaking the order."

"I have to say Wade is such a compliment to the N Augusta resturant... Ive always liked Captains ds for years.... They always have good customer service.. clean always ,good cooks.Etc. but i have to say some days are off more than others... dealing with the public . I worked customer service all my life.. and it can be unpredictable.. but a man was behind the counter, and he was the working counter, drive thru the whole front. Of course im a people "watcher"... Lol... But with all he was doing he never let "his smile turn into a frown". He never let his professionalism turn... He was a great personality, wit, and he smiled the whole time.. and it wasnt a ," had to smile".he was great... I found out today.. he is the manager of the North Augusta store. His personality should never go with out a " pat on back".... Great job.... Hats off........ I honestly believe he is true blue .. you will not walk out with a smile. Thank you.."

"Great store, I thought only chick fila gives good service. The lady at the counter was friendly and brought my food to where I was sitting. She made sure my group had all condiments that we may had needed.. great service and I will be a repeat customer"

"I love Cap'n D's but I was shocked how so salty the lemon pepper seasoning was on my fish, otherwise the fish would have been very tasty because it was cooked just right. The green beans are so delicious I usually get 2 servings of them, not salty at all, so I'm glad I did so again. I loved the dinner bread as always. The rice was much better than the other Captain D's I've been to. I will be back to try the fish with shrimp skewer with a different seasoning. I will try to get a photo next time because it was very appetizing to look at."

"So i waited over 30 mins in drive thru.. which ok fine I don't really mind the wait.. but inside was not busy, 2 ppl in the front. Almost felt like the lady who took my order and payment went back in the kitchen to cook my food. It was so hot that the togo was melted. When I opened my togo box.. WHY would you give me a jacked up stuffed crab.. the shell was broken all over my food. I had to pick through my food to get it out.. well clearly I didn't do a great job because I crunched into one which cut my gums. Really ruined my meal and I didn't finish eating. I was sharing with my 2 year so didn't want to chance him Crunching into crab shell.. I would have called and complained but the 2 employees there didn't look like they would have really cared.."
