"I once had a positive opinion on this McDonald’s. Today I ordered via the kiosk so there was initially little interaction. Afterwards the manager(older black woman) gave me a nasty attitude when asking for ketchup and sauce. More specifically, she ignored me all together then said they didn’t have any when I waited and asked again. If you are angry for any reason, just stay at home. Customers don’t have time to deal with unnecessary attitudes! (1 month ago this was a 5 star review.. it only takes one interaction to change things)"
