"My only complaint is that I never receive the sides I ask for. It’s always something different, I wish y’all would communicate that y’all are out of something instead of just substituting. I’ll be going to the one on Tobacco rd in the future. Only good thing about this location is the food is hot."

"The service was great. Was offered coupons for the meals. Food was average but still good. Definitely would think twice before eating inside since the floors were an ice skating rink and weren't wet. Definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen."

"I went on the first day of the month at lunch. They were very busy. Their computer system was down. Purchases were cash only. These folks handled this issue like champs! It was awesome to see the teamwork at the Popeye's on Deans Bridge Road in Augusta, GA. Other fast food restaurants could definitely take lessons from this crew! Oh! And my meal was fresh and delicious. Thanks Popeye's."

"Today while picking up my order inside, I was met with the most amazing greeting ever. The initial cashier then gave me amazing customer service. After checking in and waiting for my order, another younger employee asked the name of my order then proceeded to give me attitude. She then said something rude but would not repeat it when I asked her. It’s only takes one bad apple to ruin a review"

"Upon entering the building never received hello thank you for coming to Popeye's. I stood there for several minutes waiting to place my order. I was totally ignored. I understand that it was busy but they could have at least say, "Will be with you as soon as possible" but didn't even get that. Ryan was telling me that I had to have a coupon to get my order. I explained to him that is not what the sign said on the window. He got a little huffy with me. After waiting 15 minutes or so I went up to the counter to find out what was going on with my order. Ryan said "I thought you got your order already." And then went to check the board were all the orders were and said, "oh it's still up here I'm sorry." Placed order at 721 pm. Received order at 740 p.. Only received 1 side not 2 as sign says. Worst customer service I've gotten at any of the Popeye's I've ever been in. I would have gave only one star if the food have been bad. At least the chicken was hot and tasted good. It was clean at least."
