"We had a great experience, food was good and fast. Our server Sophia was FANTASTIC. She checked with us often to see if we had everything or needed anything else. She also recommended my food and the steak tacos were a great choice!! Would definitely go back."
"Ordered the BBQ brisket platter which I paid $20 for and received 3 measley slices of some left over brisket. Guess it's too difficult to fulfill an order with more than half effort. In addition, the order was missing sides as well."
"I took my niece here for dinner while she was in town. Loved the spinach dip! We also ordered wings which were pretty good. I would visit again."
"I ordered over the phone and asked for the roasted salmon entree and BBQ brisket entree. Specifically, I asked to replace the rice pilaf of the salmon entree with roasted mashed potatoes. They didn't honor the request. My wife went to pick the food up and they acted like she wasn't even there until a crowd of folks whom were seemingly together came in. Furthermore, the food wasn't really that great. And one of our cheesecakes had a gash in it as can be noticed in the picture. We tossed it because we don't know if it can be trusted. We spent $70 on all of this garbage and it's highly disappointing. That was the first and last time as we will never go back again."
"This location is a nice venue and I enjoyed the facilities. The food and service was average during this visit. For this reason I give 3.5 stars, however; round it up to 4 for the benefit of the doubt! This location offers military discount. The restaurant did not seem busy, but my party had to wait quite some time to be served and then a good 30 minutes to get the food after that. One of the big misses for this visit as they did not have their 28 day aged Ribeye steak which is on the regular menu! Carolina Ale House, you have 28 days to get that one right, lol! For the fore mentioned reason, one of my party members had to order something else, which was delayed due to not finding out about it until a few minutes after the order was put in. Generally speaking, the food had a good presentation, but the fries were lukewarm and the burger was not cooked to order appropriately and was lacking some seasoning. The meat itself was bland. I can appreciate and see the upside potential of this location, however; this visit was a miss on their part. I would like to go back with my family during dinner service to get a better perspective of the food and service! I recommend giving this location a try!"
