I Heart Mac and Cheese Augusta

"Service was great but the food was not that good. Definitely edible but not worth the price by far. The chipotle style/subway style "create your own bowl" should not apply for macaroni(the bowls are tossed together vs traditional restaurant style cooked food). Maybe the meals should be prepped differently but still I would not try it again."

"I don’t know how else to put it, extremely overpriced for poor quality food. $50 for 2 bowls, 1 kids meal, and 2 fountain drinks. The workers were less than thrilled to be there. No interaction, not even a small smile, just business. The food was cold somehow and we ate in the restaurant. The “lobster” Mac at $24 a bowl had very few pieces of meat that tasted more like imitation meat to us. The food on the line was not fresh, noodles had been sitting out for sure. They were very dry. Chicken Parmesan chicken uses basic little “nuggets” that do not justify the price. It’s just a strange place overall."

"Not worth it. Not worth the cost. Pasta pre cooked and dry. Very minimal sauce so it stays dry. Grilled cheese did not have enough cheese to cover the bread inside. Bland. No seasoning in the sauces. $50 for 3 people to eat warmed dry Mac and dry grilled cheese. Great idea. Poor execution. Poor quality ingredients and high priced."

"2023-09: I decided to try this place again and this latest experience may have swayed me to patron it again in the near future. For the classic Grilled Cheese meal (which I did modify to add on some things), to include tater tots, choice of chips, and Tomato Soup dipping cup, it was a decent amount of food for the price. It tasted absolutely awesome, might I add. I also had 2 Classic Cheese Macpanadas, which were alright. The 20 oz. Cup of Cookies - S'mores topped off everything perfectly. Soft and gooey goodness. 2021-11: I was really excited to try this place because... Mac and Cheese! I did not dine in, but used Uber Eats to try them. Keeping in mind that prices tend to be a bit higher with a third party delivery service, it was crazy to have two create a bowl come up to $17.00 each. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but the portion a bit small for the price. To be honest, I had been holding off on trying them until I had a decent deal pop up with the delivery service I used, which made it feasible. Otherwise, I wouldn't pay that amount for the size bowl received in the future. Bummer, because there's a lot of potential with a place like this, especially in an area like this."
