"Walked in and the hostess directed us to sit at the bar where the bartender Clayton provided horrible service and made it seem like we were inconveniencing him. He said they already had last call for the kitchen and the bar and he would have to go check. He didn't go check he just went and complained to another coworker. He came back when he realized I was watching him "not" go check with the kitchen. He then asked condescendingly if we k ew what we wanted to which I replied, not without a menu. He gave us a menu and disappeared again. He the. Started to close his bar. After checking with a customer already sitting there, whom he went and brought 2 orders out for and a drink order. The o ly reason I tried them out is that I got a gift card for my birthday. I will definitely never return nor will my friends or family. Update: I was thoroughly impressed by the fast response to my less than satisfactory experience. The managing partner I spoke to was both empathetic and professional. She seems to really care about customer satisfaction and coaching people to provide better service."

"Only one section in the back of restaurant open with tables for my handicapped parent’s. They barely made it to the table. My father ordered a 16oz sirloin med well. It came out well done plus! Sent it back. We were all finished our meal when he finally got his steak-it was overcooked again. He just put it in a to go box and left hungry. Ordered a to go plate for my daughter only to get this picture at 3:00 am ( nurse-nights) with hair in her salad. Spent over $100 - not worth it!"

"Pretty typical chain steakhouse. The steaks were good, although we both asked for medium rare and had to send them both back because they were literally raw in the middle. The server took them back, and it took about 20 minutes for them to return, but they were tasty when she returned them. Salads and bread were amazing as always, and the potatoes were decent. We had the onion flower appetizer and it was good as well."

We always enjoy coming by We signed up to join the waitlist and by the time we arrived, our table was ready We were seated quickly and had an amazing waitress Can’t go wrong with their delicious rolls to start off the meal Appetizer was the cactus blossom that was a hit I ordered a Caesar salad and it was delicious And my husband ordered the Smokehouse Burger and was, also, delicious Highly recommend trying the Kenny’s Cooler if you need a drink recommendation. I always order it when we eat here We will be definitely be returning!"
