"The workers were kind so this is not a review of customer service in that regard, but every time I come to this location, even if it's in the middle of the dinner red zone (5pm-8pm) they will tell you their milkshake machine is down. Every time. Why wouldn't you have your only dessert machine operational for your dinner rush? Thats absurd to me. I would understand if it was just once, but its every time. Come on guys you are supposed to be better than McDonald's."

"The drive-through is a horror show. Once you’re in line you cannot get out if you change your mind if there was an emergency you’d be stuck in the line. Also, there’s no awning above the window for inclement weather and they are so slow."

"No dine in service or carry out, only drive thru which is always backed up. Staff is unprofessional. Smoking and enjoying breaks while customers stay stuck literally in the drive thru for 30 minutes or more. They're also perfectly fine giving you ill prepared old food or the order is wrong. Still waiting for the manager to return my call and today makes 2 weeks."

"Went to the drive through and the guy didn’t say one word to me. Took my card and gave it back handed me my food and I left. Not a thank you. Didn’t tell me my total. Nothing. Then I get my whopper and it’s not at all what I wanted. The thing looks like someone threw it on the ground and wrapped it up. Also, Im aware your understaffed but if you can’t properly service your employees then close your doors."

"The food is great! But the old lady at the drive-thru window she is not friendly at all she is very rude this is the second time that we stopped by at this place around 4:30 pm and the dining room was already closed.. The sign in the window says Schedule hours 9am-6pm . Employees don’t care about customers."
