"Horrible customer service. Had an issue with my furnace and they basically wrote me off. They were recommended to me but numerous people. I don't know why. Call anyone else."
"Dealt with these folks for 7 years with few if any issues. This year we scheduled our annual service/cleaning to ensure we are I'm good shape for the winter. When the maintenance professional arrived my husband was occupied in the smallest room for the house (the one where you generally don't answer the phone). As soon as he was able he came to the door to see the van packing up to get ready to leave our office. He tried, unsuccessfully, to wave down the van and then called the office to let them know that he was there and ask that they pull back into the driveway etc. (A this point the van was still in view). The office responded that the driver had waited 15mins and we would need to reschedule two months later. We cancled this service and found another provider, they used to be good but I can no longer recommend this company."
"It's always a pleasure hearing Wendy's voice when I call. She's kind and helpful. I've been a customer of Paupack Fuel Oil for 3 years. It started because when I moved into a new home the previous home owners left the tank bone dry...and we were moving in during a snow storm in January! The company I originally went with said they couldn't help bring oil for a few days, so I desperately called around, being new to the area, and unfamiliar with who could help. Paupack Oil came through that day and filled our tank. Since then the experiences have been the same: responsive, helpful, and kind. Thank you!"
"Deceptive and extremely poor customer service especially when dealing with LiHEAP. Discontinued service over $100 that they did not disclose we owed. Sent LiHeap sent to collections against state policy. Will be contacting state about the issue."
