"I did a mobile order, without being said when you place it yourself you have to wait about 12 to 15 minutes in the app. I don't understand that. It would have been some of the best Krystal food I'd ever had But unfortunately someone didn't read the order correctly and I ended up with no cheese on my sandwiches. That they were very fresh and probably simply the best I've ever had. I can't believe that I paid for cheese and I didn't get it!"
