Cook Out

"Sick with food poisoning not long after eating from here last night. Never again will we be eating cookout absolutely disgusting. Drink was nasty. Food seemingly tasted fine and within hours all hell broke loose."

"Ordered a double burger tray all the way with cheese and bacon. No cheese or bacon, burgers were thin, tiny with both not covering bun together. Bun was cold and looked old. Did get 1/2 is an onion and a half piece of tomato. No mayo or mustard on burger. Worst meal ever! Will never go there again!"

"Bro I was hungry as hell and they weren’t answering me at drive thru and made me pull around again and then did the same thing like cookout need to stop playing just get me my food service here so sucky"

"They used to be really good but lately they've been slacking. They got my order wrong two times, then the last time the big double burgers were pink. This time we asked for six sauces with our three trays and she informed us "it's two sauces per tray". Obviously, they can't do math that well. Thank goodness for technology or who knows what kind of change we'd receive on our order. We used to come here once a week or two weeks but after how much they've gone down hill we will not be returning."

"I purchased three milkshakes (vanilla, chocolate, peanut butter). After paying, they provided me with the milkshakes and stated that their milkshake machine was punching holes in the cups. The cups were dripping. They did not give me a receipt or offer another cup. Very unsanitary practice from the Cookout. They should be notifying customers of holes in their cups before they take customer's money. I have reported this to Corporate."
