"This food was amazing! I came here this morning after having a stressful morning. Lauren was amazing! I got seated quickly. My food came out hot and exactly how I ordered it. It was delicious! I ate it quicker than I thought I would. I requested to speak to the manager to let him know that the food and service was TOP NOTCH AMAZING! If you haven’t tried this place, please give them a try! I will definitely be back with family!"

"Seated fast. Food came out at a decent time. Hot chocolate was good as well as the food. We tried a lot on the menu: cinnamon toast waffles( not too crazy about), french toast, eggs, bacon, grits, sausage, hash browns, omelets Bacon could have been a little crisper but no complaints. Be mindful there is a bank charge if you use your card, so bring cash. Luckily, i read the paper at the register while waiting to check in. Our waitress didn't check in on us as much as we would have liked."

"I went to the Flippin egg location in Evans on 12/12/23. I ordered from the "Our Family Classics" section. I selected the Flippin Pancake breakfast(2eggs, pancakes and a choice of bacon or sausage). I also ordered grits with butter and cheese, which I thought was included until I got my bill and was charged an extra $2.49. When I questioned the server, she informed me that the pancake breakfast did not come with an additional side. I asked her why it was under the section that says you receive a choice of grits, hashbrowns or home fries. She stated that only the first 4 items out of 7 receive the additional options. I was not happy and told her that is very misleading and needs to change. This was my first time eating there and my last. The breakfast was mediocre and was not worth what I paid. When eating out, I expect to receive something better than what I can make for myself at home. Use caution when making your selections from their menu!"

"Our waitress, I believe Gianna, was not attentive to her table. Our food sat at the pass for 20 minutes. Once we got our food, the All American Breakfast, everything was cold. I asked for a different batch of grits to eat because those had clumps and were cold. That seemed like a whole problem with the cooks, so I had to dump my old grits out on a plate. Once I got the new batch they had large grit balls in them. Usually the grits are good, but whoever made them on November 21, 2023 at 10 am did not do a good job. Other people also left their table with full bowls of grits left. The turkey sausage taste like it was cooked next to the pork bacon which makes me really sick and could pose as a problem with some customers. I usually come here once a week with my waitress being the lady with the short blonde hair, who is always awesome. However, after today this location will no longer be on my radar."
