"Most of the employees aren’t competent, the people that run the drive thru can’t handle someone at the menu and at the window at the same time. Food is never ready, always have to pull up or in a parking spot and wait 5 minutes. They hand you your drink which has been over filled and had fluid all over the side of the cup. Just overall a terrible experience nearly everytime I go. If you really are craving Bojangles, go to the one on Exit 5 off I-20"

"****BEWARE, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT**** I ordered a regular sweet tea and a large order of Bo Rounds from the drive-thru. My total came to $9.××. It seemed a little high to me so when I got to the window to pay, I asked the cashier to repeat the total to make sure I heard correctly. After confirming the total, I hand over my card and pay for my order. The cashier gives me my card and food, no receipt. The amount didn't sit well with me so I asked for a receipt and pulled forward slightly while looking and noticed I WAS ALSO CHARGED FOR 2 SIDES THAT I DID NOT ORDER NOR RECEIVED. I pulled into a parking space to go inside to complain but decided against it. Instead, I chose to not ever do business there again which would cost them more than the $3.xx that was stolen from me. SO WHOEVER ORDERED THE 2 SIDES FOR THEMSELVES AT MY EXPENSE, I HOPE YOU BIT INTO A PREGNANT ROACH. Happy Holidays you thief!!"

"The cashier was not rude however they had no fries and also no wings no pies which makes me question who is doing inventory on things like this. The chicken I did get was overcooked and it was a 12 minute wait to get food. Everyone has a bad day but this is ridiculous."

"I would give this Bojangles location a 0 - 1/2 star rating if I could. Absolutely the worst experience ever in my life! Only two people working. The girl working the kitchen is an absolute disgrace to the customer service industry. Rude, disrespectful, no emotion, no response after saying thank you, bothered by asking for hot sauce?? If you don’t want to work, quit and do everyone a favor. The chicken was old, overcooked, tasted like it was leftover from two days prior and reheated.The bun was unbearable to eat, hard as a rock, and had to be thrown away. Word of advice, go to Chick-fil-A, where employees are trained the right way."

"There was a note on the drive thru line saying come inside. I asked if I could order in the drive through bc it’s raining and I have a 5 month old in the car. Manager asked if I could read and said If I wanna order then to come inside. Obviously doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Will never return."
