Cook Out

"I’m really over it. Cookout use to be great! You could get great quantity and quality of food for a good price but now you barely get anything. The past few times I’ve had it my food was made wrong, and I was skimped out of my sides. This time I asked for a double burger with cheese,mayo,ketchup, and onions with cheese bites and onion rings. My burger had cheese and mayo on it and it was soaking wet and soggy in I don’t even know what. My partner got a burger with cheese bites and they gave him 3 cheese bites…. I don’t know what’s changed about their store but it’s not worth buying anymore."

"This place has a booth that's broken that my 2yr old granddaughter went to climb up on the seat and it collapsed and hit her in the head. We said to the person at the counter do you know there is a broken booth back there and her reply was yes and we said then why isn't it roped off and she just replied I don't know like it was no big deal. I'm here to tell you it is a big deal."

"I enjoyed the dining experience at the Cook-Out. My burger was fresh and my only complaint would be I didn't want cheese or onions, stated no cheese or onions, yet both were on the burger. When I looked at the receipt it stated all the way. Maybe a new employee??"

"Every time we come the burger is made incorrectly. They take the order right but whoever is responsible for making the order isn’t reading the ticket properly. Service was friendly and fast. BUT EVERY SINGLE table was dirty. Trash can was filthy, floor was sticky. Condiment/drink area was dirty and sticky. They were out of almost every condiment and napkins were stuffed in a drawer. Burgers are good; great price but management/corporate obviously doesn’t care about cleanliness"

"Dining area recently opened! Good burger and fries place! Milk shake good and thick! Onions rings were real onions! Food out quick! Fries are good when they are hot!"
