"The first time we went through the drive through a few days ago, we ordered one 5 piece chicken supreme combo. We received a 3 piece combo, and didn’t realize until we got home. We figured it was a mistake, and it happens. Yesterday we went through the drive through in the afternoon (Friday Dec 22, around 1:45-2:20) and ordered a 5 piece chicken supreme combo and a chicken sandwich combo with large fries and a large drink. We pulled around to the window and paid. I did not receive a receipt when my card was handed back to me. The chicken supreme combo was ready immediately, the lady handed it to me and smiled and said Merry Christmas. I thought it was nice of her to wish me a Merry Christmas, and I said thank you, but I have not received my chicken sandwich combo or my drinks. I was confused because I had just ordered and paid a little over $25 for 2 meals and had only received one combo and no drinks. I told her I had ordered another combo, she closed the window and a few moments later opened the window and handed me the sandwich combo. She said thank you, and I appreciate the polite service, but we had not received our drinks, which I had paid extra to upsize. She closed the window without saying anything and now I genuinely was confused. It’s typical to get your drinks before your meal while you wait for the food to be assembled and packaged. I have a little car and anyone at the window can look down/into my car and see there are no big, bright yellow soda cups in my cup holders. A few seconds later the window opened and a man bends down into the window and says: “did you get everything?” I replied no, we need our drinks. He didn’t seem happy to be helping us. He handed me a large soda cup through the window, and I thanked him. He handed the second soda cup through the window and as I put my hand around the cup to take it from him, the cup split and broke on one side. Soda and ice rained down over my hand, onto the inside and outside of my car door, and onto my clothing. I was very surprised by this, and was really done participating in whatever was occurring at that window. I told him thanks, poured the remaining ice and soda out in the drive through (the large styrofoam cup was split and after the eruption, was leaking residual soda and ice), and drove away. I didn’t throw the styrofoam soda cup down in the drive through because I don’t like being rude in public and accidents happen, but I have never had an experience like that in any fast food drive through before in my entire life. I would encourage anyone who is going to exchange their hard earned money for food at this Bojangles location to ask for a receipt after paying if you don’t receive one, and to be ready to allow management to inspect your vehicle for food or drink items that you pay for and do not receive. If I ever am desperate for food in Abbeville I will try my hardest to avoid giving this Bojangles location my business. It seemed as if both employees were sure we had received our sodas and were trying to scam/con 2 additional sodas from them. It was ridiculous."

"I came to the restaurant around 2:21 PM. Plenty of employees but no Chicken.. When I pay for the 12 piece family meal and added on additional macaroni and cheese, they did not tell me that there would be a 28 minute wait. About 10 minutes into my order I heard the cashier. Jamiah said I need six legs and six thighs, because I requested only dark meat… I was fine with that I said, how long do you see the way to be? The manager said another 10 minutes no problem waited additional 20 minutes asked how much longer no one was sure another manager approached me and said what I’ll be willing to take chicken breast instead of thighs and legs I had said no because I already waited and almost 30 minutes, and nobody eats the white wheat in my household. finally they tell me my box is ready I get home. I’m missing my six biscuits. I have no biscuits. I’m missing a piece of chicken. They gave me 11 pieces instead of 12. I understand the new chain. I’m not trying to complain but the managers knew that I had been waiting 38 minutes didn’t even take the time to make sure I had my biscuits or 12 pieces of chicken, very frustrated"
