"I finally decided to get a Mcrib before it vanishes again. First of all it came on a small hamburger bun instead of the regular bun. The worst part of this meal was the fries. I'm guessing they'd been sitting under a heat lamp since the day before. I was only able to eat three of them before I gave up. Terrible experience!!"

"Placed my order through the drive thru. Once I got to the pick up window I was asked to pull forward. Before pulling forward I asked could I get ketchup with my food the young lady informed me it would be in my bag. I sat 20 minutes waiting on my small order. Another lady brought it out and asked did I need anything that wasn’t on my receipt. I said yes ketchup. She reply well you didn’t order it it wasn’t on the receipt. Took her 5 minutes to return with 2 packs of ketchup. I get to work open my burger that clearly has the no onion paper on the wrapper, only to have a burger full of onions. I am leaving this review only because I have tried calling 5 times and their phone has been off the hook for 10 minutes. Nor can I leave work to get my burgers fixed. The only good experience I had was from the guy taking my order and my money."

"A week or 2 ago, a friend and I went inside and ordered and then sat down and waited for our food. It took a good while for our food to be brought to us. Other people were also waiting inside. People from the drive through were coming inside wondering what was taking so long. And even after I received my food, my order was wrong. And it’s not like they’re extremely busy. There was literally an employee walking around drinking a milkshake doing nothing. Like what?? Not busy at all. I’m currently sitting in a parking spot waiting for my food from the drive through, which was literally a regular cheeseburger; no mustard, and a small fry. And I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes. So the service is very slow. But the staff are very nice and respectful, so I am thankful for that. It is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to tho."

"It took an hour to get my food from the drive thru. I had to go in and then the order was still wrong. The food was cold and most likely sat in the bag for at least 45 minutes. The manager said they were short staffed but I counted 7 employees laughing and having a great time behind the counter. My order was not a large oder either. It was 2 meals and 2 pies"

"Very pleasant person took my order -- she was polite, seemed pleased to have me as a customer, and correctly took care of my order and payment. Service is usually fast. I've only been asked to pull forward to wait once or twice in two years. Food is usually hot, so presumably freshly made. Exiting the parking lot is challenging depending on the time of day. A left turn is almost impossible during rush hour, but turning right takes you to another light where you have some hope of turning around."
