"This place is going downhill fast. We have been coming to this location and the one on Woodruff about once every 2 weeks for a while now. The past couple times the quality of the food is not what it used to be. The sandwiches as just thrown together and the toppings are not the best quality. This time around also the sides were limited. We may have to figure out another place to have our once a week dinner out."

"The last three times I have come to this location (within last three weeks) the food has been terrible. Idk if new manager new cooks something has changed because it use to be really good. Always get the Jalapeño Holly and love it but it hasn’t been hot and it just taste like it’s full of Mayo no flavor at all. The bread this time was questionable not sure if it was old but for this place to be on the more expensive side it shouldn’t be this bad. I am disappointed and hate that I’ve been wasting my money. Hopefully it will get better again but right now not good."

"Let me start by saying the food was good! This was the place we picked to eat for a work lunch. I called around 12 to place the order and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. She said and I quote “if your going to place a big order I need you to learn how to use the app we’re busy, but what can I get for you”. I was shocked! I placed the order (for 8 people $121.00 not bad at all). When I arrived the food was ready, nice place on the inside. Clean and smelled like fresh chicken salad amazing! Got the food and returned back to work to find that 3 of the sandwiches were wrong, some were missing sides, and we were missing scoops of chicken salad. I called and asked for a manager and was told to hold and never got the manager. Oh and might I add when I picked up the food the gentleman in line in front of me was picking up a order for his work also and the same lady was rude and was speaking about him after he left the building. “I told him they better call sooner or use the app next time, bc we’re going to stop this last min ordering stuff”. I wish I would have got her name. Side note: not everyone was rude it was just the one lady. The other lady’s and men were great."

"My 1st visit to Chicken Salad Chick. It was great! A good variety of food, different salads, sandwiches and soups to choose from. The counter staff was pleasant & professional. The food was delivered to the table faster than expected, (it was waiting on my wife when she returned from the restroom). She especially loved the grape salad."
