"The lemon pepper wings were not lemon pepper, they were plain. Ranch dressing was like milk. Fries were lukewarm at best. But its ok because I like spending 23 dollars on mediocre food. Its crazy to think, since I bust my butt everyday at work, I give my money away to people who are just ok with serving mediocrity. I guess its my fault. I should've just went to the grocery store. Then my food would've been hot and my seasoning is popping. If yall need some help up there, I could give ya few pointers. Nah Im just fooling. Seriously though, not impressed at all. Probably will never go here again."

"Was encouraged to try this place no doubt the wings are good. But the service I had today was not what I expected. I did curbside pickup and unfortunately I had to go in and get my food. I watched the young lady as I pulled up and did as I was told for curbside pickup. I waited and about 6 minutes later still nothing so I went inside to hear and see she was having a conversation and not even paying attention that I had been sitting outside waiting for someone to bring my food. As I notice my food was sitting on the counter. Wings good fries not good was soggy."

"This was my first time trying to eat here, new to Greenville. I didn’t see previous review before going unfortunately. I was soooo disappointed, because the prices are amazing. The fries were super soggy and just not edible. I got the wrong flavor wings from what I ordered and many of them were very undercooked. I was able to get a refund and customer service experience was honestly great. I just hate that someone ate wings that weren’t cooked. It’s not only disgusting but unsafe. No excuse"

"Wings are TRASH!!!! If I can still see pink and little feathers on my wings I DO NOT WANT THEM. And tasted like they were fried in burnt grease. Chili’s should be ashame to have that mess associated with them. Poor customer service when you call the provided number online. Never ever again."
