"They messed up our order so bad we had to take everything back. I ordered a beef and cheddar combo and they didn’t put any cheese on it and then claimed we asked for no cheese. I just wanted a hot meal on my lunch break and they blamed all their mistakes on me. I work in a pizza restaurant and I would never treat my customers this way."
"I went very late, around 10:30. I got the Gyro and fries. Very good. Everything was hot and tasted very fresh. The woman at the window seemed genuinely happy to serve. Very positive experience!"
"Had not had a roast beef sandwich in quite a while. A new job, in a new location prompted my visit. From the moment I walked in the visit was incomparable! Best counter service EVER, with a smile and attitude reminiscent of days of old when people understood their roles in the food service industry and wanted you to actually have a great experience! And the sandwich? Closest sandwich I have ever had to what the ads represent! What else can I say? I am almost afraid to return just because I don't want to be rudely awakened to that maybe being a one-off. But it was sooooo enjoyable, I Will!!"
"I understand having to pull up. But when you wait 20 minutes when they’re not busy and somehow the food is still stale and cold it gets annoying fast. They mess up every order and never do anything to resolve it when you bring it to their attention."
"We contacted the store to let them know they left out a fry and the ones we did receive were half empty and the general manager contacted my husband back within 10 minutes and told him he was making us a meal fresh and DELIVERED it to our house. He was so apologetic and made sure we were taken care of. This was above and beyond customer service. I will recommend this location to everyone. I know sometimes service can take a while, but they make sure you are taken care of."
