"Stopped in the other day and decided to try this place for takeout order. Walked in and the place stunk like cigarettes, which made me want to turn around and leave but I decided to order anyway. The gentleman was not friendly at all and the communication skills are terrible. It took me forever to get him to figure out what I wanted then he kept trying to charge me extra for this and extra for that. This restaurant would be better off if it was in China Instead of the US. I cannot stand the smell of cigarettes and I definitely will not be going back ever!"

"Food was disgusting. The lemon pepper wing and fries was overcooked and tasted horrible! Customer Service was not welcoming. This was an indication to leave. I definitely will not be returning."

"Due to the limited options in the area, Chang An is our normal go to for take-out Chinese. It took a few times to realize that if we wanted to get anything close to what we ordered, we had to pay an extra $0.99 and order online. The problem now is that they never seem to receive the online order and then we have to wait for them to make the order after we get there and still pay the additional online fee. The staff really needs to work on their communication skills."

"This is our go to place for take out Chinese Food. The reason for the four star review is the inconsistency with the food at times. Four out of five times, the food is great, but there is always that one time where the food is mushy and just not as good. It's worth the gamble."

"The looks are truly deceiving about this place. For a place so small, the food is truly outstanding. I've eaten here for many years and I've never had a meal that wasn't fresh and full of flavor. You have a wide variety at a reasonable price and friendly service. Definitely a must try!"
