"Service is usually pretty bad here but today was worse. I used a discount on the app then tried to use another which they said I could use but the girl couldn’t figure out how to do it. Then she increased my price in order to use the reward but then couldn’t figure it out so I ended up paying more than I was going to pay before the reward. Her response was just to say “oh well” and move on to the next customer. Also, bathrooms are gross and women’s was without soap."
"It's a Chipotle overpriced food. For whatever reason, the family like Chipotle. The service was pretty good and the food was alright. It's just not my cup of tea but probably will come back lol"
"Food was alright, service was great! The restaurant cleanliness was APALLING and I definitely would never return or recommend this location to anyone. Almost every single table was dirty, trash all over the floor, and the women's restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The toilet had layers of filth caked in there. Nasty."
"Kid in the front had both airpods in, and was ignoring customers until they stood there long enough. Basically said “order online” and went back to sweeping. When we got our food, we were missing utensils, napkins, and sour cream. Salad bowl had about 3 bites of lettuce and otherwise was just meat and guac."
"If you want fresh ingredients and good American style Mexican food; Chipotle is the go to. I feel like I am always trying to stop my wife from going too often. My only complaint is sometimes they slam everything into the bowls and it becomes a mess when you open it later. But really good food. Moe’s queso is still better in my opinion."
