"The fish sandwich was cold, called to get replacement but the supervisor kept hanging up on me , finally got to speak with her and she wouldn’t provide her name no give me corporate number. Horrible experience for a meal that cost 10 and ended up being trash"

"Waited 20min with a, “wait we busy”. There are 3 cars in the parking lot, I’m the only one in line. Garbage service. I stupidly thought because I was the only one in line I’d eventually be served. Wrong. If there is a problem just say so, don’t keep rudely telling me to keep waiting. This happens every time we try to eat here. Terrible service. Food is always cold, chicken undercooked. Management is non-existent. I have reported them to corporate and the owner. It is not being corrected."

"I love Arby's but this location sucks. There are hardly any customers and the wait is always ridiculous. They blatantly go out of their way to make it clear they don't want the business. Management yell at the trainees (I'm sure that's motivational). I'm pretty chill so if I'm writing a review... that says something. It's frustrating to WANT Arby's and to have one close by that I can't ever have a good experience. No cars in lot, 1 car ahead of me.... and I'm told to wait before i even get to order.... and 4 minutes later... I pull away.... again."

"Ordered 2 of the garlic ribeye sandwich combos. Total order was $26.93. Sandwich definitely not like picture, curly fries were small and hard. Way too much for what we got!"

"Wow. Absolutely terrible. Paid almost $30 for a beef n cheddar and prime rib cheese steak. They forgot the cheddar on the beef n cheddar and forgot at least 3/4 of the meat on the cheese steak. Both were cold. The fries were only half full, also cold. The only thing that was good was the mozzarella sticks. Pictures are after we microwaved it."
