"Servers are pleasant, but service is extremely slow. It's been like that since this location opened. We thought it would be different after reopening, but still very slow. This is a big reason most of us go to the woodruff rd location. Unfortunately this location won't grow unless the service changes."

"I don’t know where to begin, we walked in the front door and listen to the sensor alarm for approximately 10 mins. Before anyone came to see us. She (hostess/manager ?) seemed bothered by us and the alarm. The booth she took us to had a sticky table from what appeared to be syrup. The waitress who was seated at a back table with the First Lady enjoying a healthy meal finally decided to come see us 10 mins. After we sit down. Took our order then came back with appeared to be a dish cloth to wipe the table. ( should have left then) Food arrived Cowboy Burger meal that I could have concealed in the lettuce had ceramic textured bacon, a pieced together burger with rock hard onion rings that were bigger than the burger. Fries were decent but reached for the ketchup and it was dirty. Floor was filthy but at least the cleaning guy was pleasant and greeted us. Wife’s toast could have patched the asphalt out front. Man I should have went to Arby’s just next door. Stay away from here. They should close the doors. Go to Arby’s don’t make the mistake we made!"

"I had the BEST brunch! I loved the Spicy Poblano Eggs Benedict. I changed the eggs to scrambled eggs. I also had the Crispy Breakfast Potatoes. It was SO good! My husband enjoyed the Breakfast Sampler. Our waitress (Roberta, I think) was super nice - she made sure that our order was exactly what we wanted. We always have a good experience here!"

"I was home alone and decided to go out and eat at a restaurant whereas I do not often do. Waited a while on my food finally got it poured the regular old fashioned syrup on my pancakes and it was blueberry syrup. She had to bring me more pancakes and more syrup all while my eggs and bacon are getting cold. So I got ready to prepare my pancakes to eat poured the next jar that she brought me and said was the regular syrup and it was mixed blueberry and regular syrup. So I asked her to bring me more pancakes and heat up syrup straight out of the bottle so she would know it was the right syrup. Finally got those eggs cold bacon cold so I ate them before they were completely ruined. When I was giving my bill she said thank you come back again $17 later for a senior citizen 2x2x2 never again. I'm talking one person"

"Service was not bad. The server was great. My daughter asked for scrambled eggs ,but I asked for mine to be well cooked, and one, it looked like someone chopped it up for a child. My daughter had apple juice, and she drank half when I noticed stuff floating in it. This was my second time there and no more after that."
