"Can never get the order right but they’re so close it’s hard not to go. I either get handed my order completely backwards or a complete wrong item. I would understand if it was once or twice but I can pretty much bank on them getting my order wrong 10/10 times"

"Today was a rough day, so I (40f) thought I’d grab something simple and quick for lunch. The employees here are a breath of fresh air! Trina (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!) was working the back cash and was so kind! She even asked me if I wanted a crown and, of course, I took it! She said “Here you go, Queen!” and sent me on my way to the next window, where Talisha (also, hope I’m spelling correctly!) was super friendly and asked me to pull around so she could bring my food out to me. There is a lot to be said for great employees; they are rare diamonds. These two flipped my day completely around, simply by being wonderful humans. I left that parking lot with hot food and a smile on my face. Not sure who the manager is there, but I’m telling you- they and whoever prepared my lunch ALL need a raise!! Thanks for making my day!"

"Had ordered my food in the drive through.But had a situation where I needed to leave the line.Mind you there were 3 or 4 cars in front of me.Thinking it might be quicker. I go inside to grab my food. Not trying to cause a problem.But had to leave quickly.While I did apologize for any confusion. The response from the girl working the drive through was very unprofessional. She was upset, rude, loud and talking loud about how people get on her nerves and messed up the rotation. When she handed me my food she had a frown on her face and said nothing when I said thank you. Well if one thing like this cause you that much confusion and anger.Maybe you need not be in customer service. Everyone else kept working. But this ONE could not get over it. It wasn't like I drove off and didn't pay or anything. But I refuse to apologize again to this Disrespectful employee"

"Worst experience ever. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Spent 30 minutes in drive thru Cold food, I just don't understand. It's like they were all "high" on vape pens."
