"There were rude I was here to pick up a DoorDash order and the manager and worker kept talking about my look and stuff it’s not your job to judge how I look it ur job to make the food and things done I was respectful I told my fiancé to let’s go I sadly unassigned the guys order and left immediately!"

"Today 02/10/24, my family went to this Bojangles location. I ordered breakfast on the app at 9:50, my food was supposed to be ready by 10:20 upon my arrival I was told to call to let them know I was there I called and they said few minutes 30min passed nothing I went inside with my daughter and asked kindly this young man was nice he helped but his manager came and started being rude fading his voice at me with attitude for no reason he was upset the young man was giving me new food since the first one was all soggy and cold he slammed my bags on the counter and was embarrassing us I front of other customers his name was harry or Harvey he was the manager. As another worker was taking orders a nice elderly lady asked if there were any grits that manager got sarcastic to both the customer and worker and was saying “if we have grits you would be able to see grits on the menu if we don’t sell grits than they won’t be on the menu” and walked away rudely from her. Managers should be more professional as they represent their restaurant location and their workers. Talking that way to their customers once who knows how many times this has happened. First time coming to this location and never returning now."

"Pretty rude crew altogether ask for Chicken Sandwich was told lettice tomato was a Deluxe menu. Item after I had made. My purchase also was an issue to get a fresh. One made had attitudes throughout the whole store Definitely would not recommend nor would I come back"

"Best experience at a bojangles in months. Yes, they got the wrong gravy first, but they made it right with a smile. All of my food was hot and fresh. And it wasn't the tiny little, almost nugget like supremes. These were proper tenders and not overcooked either still moist and tender almost stayed with the sauce. Bang on right thank you, guys, now teach the one in Fort Mill."

"Went here while waiting for lab to open at Dr's right down the road. I'm handicapped and travel with a Service Dog. Staff was very accommodating to both of us. When I asked for a cup of water for my Service Dog lady thoughtfully provided a small bowl for her. Will definitely return to this store again."
