"First let me say that these types of loans are not ideal. Yes you have to have collateral (part of the reason they can work with lower credit scores) and extremely high interest. Yet in an emergency they can be a life saver. I have had a loan with Republic Finance since having to move my whole family all of a sudden during the pandemic. Over the last few years I have had several emergencies since that I have needed fast funds for. The people here at this branch have always been kind and understanding. They have always been good at calling me back and also go the extra mile to call and check in on me every few months to see how I'm doing. Yes I know it's to see if I need a loan increase but it's still nice. I don't miss my payments and thus have earned respect so when I am late with a payment they will call to check on things first. I would take this high interest loan with the best customer service over a low interest loan with people that don't care."

"The managers, Jarret, or whatever the name is, is a liar, and he doesn’t communicate well at all. I asked for a payment date change and he stated it can be done, but then turns around and states that he didn’t say that. Definitely go elsewhere. I should’ve looked at the other reviews before I came here because they are so accurate. was promised a callback from management, and he never called that tells the character of a person and a business."

"I was told that I needed to use my car for collateral because my credit isn't so great. Most people with perfect credit wouldn't even go this route. It's even like a last option for people who do have bad credit. I could have repaid the loan in 1/4 the time requested. Proof of my income proved that. But your ability to pay back isn't important; just your credit score. Almost glad I didn't get approved."

"I had money for another customer's payment taken out of my bank account!!!!! Prior to that I had an additional payment that I did not agree to taken out of my account!!! I was told sorry and that I needed to bring in my bank statement to receive the $285.00 back and but it would be in check form!! This place is horrible and extremely unprofessional!! DO NOT GO HERE!! You have been warned!!!"
