"My husband and I ordered from here thru Doordash. He got a spicy chicken quesadilla and I got a regular chicken quesadilla. Both with pinto beans, rice, cheese and our specific choices of chicken. Imagine our surprise when trying to figure out which chicken is on either quesadilla and finding both have absolutely zero chicken. At all. The chicken quesadillas had ZERO chicken! Just. My God. Way to rip off people. I'm not sure if they thought we wouldn't notice or what. But this goes beyond lazy when it happens to both meals!"

"This branch of Barberitos needs to shut its doors immediately. Either corporate, management, or workers are becoming more and more incompetent and worthless every time I've ordered from this store. We ordered two quesadillas from Doordash today, one was a regular chicken and the other a spicy chicken. With pinto beans, rice, cheese and chipotle ranch. What ingredient would any sane and competent person expect to come with a CHICKEN quesadilla....I'll wait. The amazing thing is this happened with both entrees, BOTH! Shut your doors now if you're going to charge insane prices (not referring to doordash's prices) for super thin quesadillas and NO chicken."

"I get the chicken burrito bowl every time, and it's always fresh. Everyone is so nice! Jillian rang us out and was friendly. Jonathan offered to get me a refill on my drink, and I appreciated it although it was not expected at all."

"Usually I have a good experience with barberitos , but last night ?? The lady behind the bar acted annoyed and didn’t want to do anything. Also it was not busy at all. I had got some of the new ghost pepper salsa, and when i got home, it look like it exploded.. like too much gas inside the container exploded. My chips? Greasy? no crunch at all and the chicken wasn’t spicy. I don’t know what was going on last night, but the service is usually better and so is the food. The salsa this is my first time getting it, it wasn’t nasty but i was taken back by the explosion."

"I'd like to highlight one of your employees, Karissa! First and foremost, I visit this location when I am visiting friends and family. My first time here, the service & food was outstanding! Over the next few months, I would make an effort to visit this location specifically where I know I would have consistent service each time. Karissa is very personable and sweet! The staff is well trained and I've never had a bad experience here. Even if I did have a bad experience, I feel comfortable speaking to the staff about it because everyone is so professional and easy going. Great job Anderson Barberitos Team!"
