"The manager was having trouble with the fryers so we had to wait a little bit. But he did offer us a complimentary soda while we waited. Food was good. Atmosphere very uncomfortable because the police were called out as 2 of the employees had some kind of altercation. The manager was very nice."
"The only reason we ever go to Bogangles is because the chicken is normally very good. This time, our order was incorrect, the soft drink was all soda and no syrup, and the fries were undercooked. To top it off, we didn’t get napkins (at the drive through) or a receipt."
"We have tried it several times since they have opened and I have literally not once gotten a correct order. Some of the employees are friendly enough and some have terrible attitudes. The food that I do get is usually decent enough but like I said previously its never what was actually ordered even if they do repeat it back to you and it is correct on your ticket don't expect that to be what's in your bag."
