Mac's Drive In

"Mac's lives up to all the hype we heard about since moving into the area. The burgers are perfectly scrumptious as are the fries and onion rings. The produce used on the burgers is fresh and tasty. I love the atmosphere, the locals sitting at the counter. The staff is full of Southern goodness and hospitality. It is everything I hoped I would find here in beautiful South Carolina."

"This is one of the best places I've ever eaten. The diner atmosphere is enjoyable and the staff are beyond friendly. The food takes center stage though. We shared and tried a few different things. The chili dog, double cheeseburger, slaw, toast, cup of gravy, fries and the cheeseburger steak with gravy. It was all phenomenal. I will go back here every time I'm in Clemson from now on (Actually going back tomorrow with friends). My only complaint is that I didn't find this place sooner in life."

"IT’S CASH ONLY I’ve driven passed this place so many times thinking, “oh I should stop”. Finally did. Got some fries and a milkshake. The fries came out HOT, and were nice and crispy. If I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have known it was cash only as I didn’t see a sign, but did see others paying cash. The milkshake was good. Not to think or thin. Friendly staff. It has that classic old school diner vibe. It doesn’t feel like a place out of 2023, it’s kinda nice."
