"Stay away from this specific location. They always leave some food out of your order! Doesn't matter if it's morning time or dinner, you can bet there's something missing. The number on the recipe goes straight to a call center not even the actual store. When you try to go back to get your order fix they give you such attitude. Other locations are not this terrible so it must be the way they run this specific store."
"I arrived at 7:45pm and found the door locked. Lobby hours posted indicates it does not close until 9pm. I knocked on the door and pointed to the posted hours. Was told to use drive through and given no explanation for why the lobby was closed. Who wants to use the drive through when you are over an hour away from home?"
